"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Gemütlich 3 "Good value for money. 🙂 The place is spacious, everything you need is there. The bed is very soft, but that’s personal taste I think. It’s close to the city center and close to the train station and it was quiet. 🙁 The WiFi didn’t work in the beginning and it took a little to get that settled, but everything else was good.""

"I LOVED House Mayfa! After making the cottage my home for 65 nights I was very sad to leave. It is on a quiet road that dead ends at an old dairy farm. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. The home is quaint and extremely comfortable. The hosts have incorporated lots of local and tasteful antiques and accessories. " There is something quite lovable about this old lady of a hotel, as it is called. The location is the best in town, and there’s something about it old style elegance that made us very very happy. Although it was only about 25% occupied while we were there in early August, everything in the property was kept perfectly clean and accessible. It looks wonderful from the outside, and the room was large and roomy, and just fine. It is not a place for people who want all the high-tech gizmos and the large televisions for those of us who like the old world style, This is a lovely place. "
